Plas Yn Bonwm, a cottage consists of a kitchen/diner with electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, and seating for eight guests, a sitting room with open fire, a conservatory, and a game room with darts board. The bedrooms consist of a super-king-size (zip/link, can be twin on request) , two doubles, and twin serviced by a ground-floor shower room with walk-in shower and basin and WC, and a shower room with walk-in shower, basin, and WC. Fuel, power, bed linen, and towels included in the rent. Outside, there is an enclosed front garden with gravel and lawn area, enclosed rear garden with lawn, patio and furniture, enclosed lawn suitable for dogs, and off-road parking for four cars. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Within 1.3 miles you will find a shop, within 1.4 miles a pub and a river within 0.9 miles. Your journey to Denbighshire is guaranteed to be one to remember, with a stay at Plas Yn Bonwm. Note: This property has a Good Housekeeping bond of 300GBP.
