This is in a great location in Rhosneigr for the beach, cafes and restaurants.

Great location but the double bedroom is too small for a couple so this flat would be suited to a couple and 1 child or 3 friends. The sofa is a bit uncomfortable so it would be better if something more comfy was put in. Kitchen and bathroom small but perfectly formed.

Lovely Stay.

We had a lovely stay at Surf's Edge. It was in a perfect location for both the beach and town, and the apartment was set up brilliantly for a family of four. We also appreciated the welcome pack which included Easter eggs!

Lovely for a Short Break

Excellent location. Clean, tidy and well equipped. Settee different to that shown in letting info, very square and pretty uncomfortable, didn't spoil our stay though. Would book again.

Spring get away.

The apparent was very well equipped and comfortable. Close to the beach but parking could be a problem in busier times. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Lovely stay

Lovely comfortable apartment every need catered for, location was perfect, loved the little bars, restaurants and shops,. Beach was just across the road Lovely for good walk along, loved Rhosneigr and felt very at home at Surfs Edge.

Lovely Stay

This was our first time staying at surfs edge. Although we had a lovely time and the location was great the flat needed a good clean, as it was very dusty and smelt a little fusty in the bedroom that my husband and I stayed in.

Perfect stay

What a gem of a place. Loved the location and the decor. It was a cosy apartment with all the amenities we needed; with the added bonus of a Christmas tree! The beds were really comfy - in fact i overslept every day I was there! Thank you. We will be back.

Great location, comfy apartment and good value!

We had a wonderful stay. The property was perfectly located, spotlessly clean and offered everything it should. It was excellent value and the customer service was first class; nothing was too much trouble. Although there’s no dedicated parking, I found it very easy to park close by even when the village was quite busy. We’ll definitely be back. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Lovely short break away

Had a wonderful stay at the flat. Brilliant location just a stones throw from the beach. Everywhere clean and tidy, flat well kitted out making for a comfortable stay. Lovely pubs, restaurants and shops within walking distance. Beach clean and as a bonus the weather was amazing. Huge thanks to Stewart and Gemma for a wonderful break away in a lovely flat in a great location.

Apartment short break

We stayed as a couple and a small dog for four nights The property is in a good condition with a good selection of equipment and utensils. Easily accessible with two steps down from the entrance hall into the lounge/ bedrooms Located within close proximity to local eateries/pubs and beach. Had no problem with parking close bye due to the time of year. Would recommend Surfs Edge.

Great location

Excellent location. Bedrooms were good. Bathroom was adequate but the shower was not great and the shower hose was dirty. Kitchen was very well stocked with everything that was needed. The living area was ok but the sofa was grubby and not very relaxing as was the rug. I had to move the rug out of the way as it didn’t look clean and replaced it when we left. There were parking spaces at the front of the property and being allowed to use one of these would have helped as parking was a problem. I don’t think I would let a property that allows dogs to stay in again.9

Brilliantly located apartment

We had a very enjoyable stay at Surf’s Edge, its location right on the high street of Rhosneigr couldn’t be better, a stones throw from the beach, shops and cafes. The bed was extremely comfortable, we slept well throughout the break, and the kitchen was very well appointed. We loved the welcome pack of cake, crisps, fizz and milk. It was exactly what we needed when we arrived! On the downside, when we arrived there was a very strong smell in the apartment, like mould or damp. I’m not sure whether this was the apartment itself or dirty cloths used for cleaning, but it definitely got in our chests and we spent a lot of the holiday trying to air the rooms to disperse it. When we went to use the oven on the last night of our stay, the baking trays had been left dirty from a previous occupant too. It wasn’t worth reporting this at this late stage in our stay. It was also disappointing that there is no parking for the accommodation- we could see it has an allocated space which was barred off right outside the window. We had to find parking in side roads or the paid car park, which was difficult particularly on arrival and departure. Having said that, we did have a lovely break and the apartment is nicely decorated and very comfortable. Thank you.

We're really pleased that you enjoyed your stay at Surf's Edge and particularly the fantastic location, comfortable bed, well-equipped kitchen and arrival treats. We were sorry to read your comments regarding an odour in the apartment. We have investigated this following your feedback but have been unable to identify or replicate the smell you experienced, and we have no evidence of damp or mould at the property. We received no contact from you regarding this during your stay, which is a shame as our team would have attended to investigate at the time and, hopefully, resolved whatever was causing it. The baking trays should, of course, have been clean and we apologise for that oversight. Again, even on the final evening, we would have been very happy to put this right had we known. Just to clarify the parking point for future guests, Surf's Edge is advertised without parking and does not have an allocated parking space. The space visible outside the apartment does not belong to the property and unfortunately isn't available for guests to use. Thank you again for the feedback and for the lovely comments about the apartment. We're pleased that, despite these points, you had an enjoyable break and found Surf's Edge comfortable and nicely presented.
