Situated just 18 km outside of Heraklion, in the area of Ano Gouves,
Villa Kokalis is the magical villa were your dream for unforgettable
holidays in Crete can come true.
Upon entering the villa a tastefully furnished interior welcomes you.
There are two living rooms, one with an impressive marble fireplace
with large windows viewing the pool and another, even more spacious,
with sofas and great views of the garden. In addition, there is a
workspace for those who wish to combine vacation with work. A
comfortable dining room, with a seating arrangement for several
guests, is connected with the spacious kitchen which is equipped with
the most modern appliances. An en-suite bedroom (guestroom) with two large single beds is also available at the ground floor level. The outstanding marble staircase with the handmade railing leads to the first floor where two Suite where the master bedroom suite features a king-size bed and a hydromassage tub. There is another suite with two large single beds ,or a queen bed. All the bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, satellite TVs, wardrobes, screens mosquito nets, and balconies, sitting areas and a smoking area.
With great views either to the sea or to the mountains.There is also
a fully equipped room with a washing machine, dryer, iron, iron board
and storage cupboards. At the external area of the villa, there is a
well-maintained swimming pool with sun loungers, gardens with
ornamental plants, small childrenâs pool, a childrenâs playground and
a BBQ area. Villa Kokalis is good for couples, families (with kids),
groups and for those who are searching for peace, tranquillity and
privacy. Car parking with a secured gate is also available.

The purchase of this property was definitely my personal choice. In an attempt to escape from everyday routine, I was in search of an area that combines sea and mountain, not far away but secluded and tranquil at the same time. Years later I realized when my four children grew up and flew like birds that the space was too big for me and my husband We decided together to make it available for tourism.I believe that our choice

Also very close to water parks,aquarium,planetarium and dinosaur park..A golf and tennis club is 8 km away. far away..Hersonissos is 12 km away. The beaches of Gouves are well organized with umbrellas, sunbeds, lifeguards, diving centres, water sports, showers, changing rooms etc. also fine sand and shallow water.
