● For stays of 28 days or more, we offer a complimentary bi-weekly cleaning service, including towel and linen exchange, to ensure a fresh and comfortable stay.
● For stays of less than 28 days, cleaning services are available upon request for an additional fee.

Cleaning & Maintenance Team Working Hours:

● Cleaning & Maintenance Team Availability: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM CET.
● Emergency Maintenance: Extended until 10:00 PM CET, subject to analysis.
● Guest support is available from 9:00 AM – 12:00 AM CET

Guest Access:
Guests can self-check-in from 4 PM onward. Early check-in and late check-out until 1 PM are possible with prior arrangement, based on availability, and for an extra charge.

Guest Support: Reach out daily from 9 a.m. to midnight; additional cleaning is available at a small cost.

Check-Out Policy: Check-out time is 11 a.m., with a 30-minute grace period before late fees apply.
