Villa Lazmari is a charming 4 bedroom villa in an excellent location! Just a short 5-minute walk (700m) from the heart of Kathikas, a traditional village offering a delightful mix of restaurants, tavernas, bars and a convenient minimarket. The Kathikas area is renowned for its fresh, invigorating air, pleasant temperatures, gentle breezes, and minimal humidity, ideal for unwinding. The villa’s elevated position provides stunning, unobstructed views of rolling fields, vineyards, and the distant Troodos Mountains.

Upon entering, guests are welcomed into a spacious open-plan lounge area, featuring plush, comfortable sofas, a flat screen TV, a dining table, and a kitchen equipped with high-end appliances designed for effortless meal preparation. On this floor, the first of four bedrooms is located, a cosy double bedroom. For added convenience, a separate family shower room is also situated on this level.

Venturing upstairs, the remaining three bedrooms are found. One is a double bedroom, elegantly furnished with a four-poster bed, an en-suite shower room, and patio doors that open onto a balcony offering breath-taking mountain views. This room also includes a toddler’s bed & a travel cot for added convenience. Additionally, there are two twin bedrooms and a separate family bathroom on this floor.

On the lower level, you'll find a second kitchen area and a family shower room, offering added comfort and convenience. For entertainment, a pool table and ping pong table are also provided, perfect for some fun and relaxation.

Outside, the inviting pool, with its clear, refreshing waters, provides the perfect spot for a leisurely swim or relaxation. The area is complemented by sun loungers and parasols, soft seating, a dining area, and a BBQ, making it ideal for enjoying meals al fresco. Kathikas is the perfect place to unwind and soak up the glorious Cyprus sunshine.
