The villa accommodates up to six guests and is thoughtfully arranged across two independent levels, each filled with natural light and designed with a modern minimalist aesthetic inspired by the Bauhaus movement. On the ground floor, guests will find a spacious living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with high-quality appliances, and two elegant bedrooms, each furnished with open wardrobes, anatomical mattresses measuring 160x200 cm, and 32-inch Smart TVs. Two bathrooms complete this level, both with walk-in waterfall showers, premium toiletries, and plush bathrobes. The upper level is an independent open-plan studio, accessed by an exterior staircase, which includes a living and dining space, a compact kitchen, a double bed, private bathroom, and a balcony offering breathtaking views of the sea.



The villa’s outdoor spaces are equally inviting, centred around a large private pool framed by sun terraces and surrounded by a landscaped garden. Guests can prepare meals in the built-in kitchen area, which includes a barbecue and bar, or dine al fresco under the stars at the large outdoor table.
