Nice 3-bedroom house with lake view

Fully renovated 3-bedroom house on the lake, located in Ewijk, 25 minutes from the oldest city in the Netherlands, Nijmegen.

The peaceful surroundings are perfect for cycling, outdoor activities, swimming in the lake. Bungalow is located in the holiday park where you can find a restaurant with a big terrace, tennis court, mini-golf, bowling, mini-zoo for children, Viking adventure and climbing park.

There is also an indoor and outdoor playground for children.

Our 84 m2 house is located in a holiday park Green Hills (Groene Heuvels in Dutch) and is fully renovated in 2021 (new floor, bathroom, toilet, kitchen and completely new furniture).

On the ground floor there is a living room, fully equipped kitchen, a small bedroom, bathroom, toilet and a storage room with a washing machine.

On the first floor, there are 2 spacious bedrooms, one with a French balcony overlooking the lake, and another one with the kids` corner (there is also a capacity for a baby cot which can be arranged). This one has one single bed and another is kid’s bed in a wooden house, as shown on the pictures but if needed, a mattress can be taken out so that an adult could sleep on it.

There is a free parking on the entrance of a holiday park but there are also 2 parking spots available in the front of the house.

There are plenty activities in a park itself, like cycling, bowling, swimming, mini-golf, tennis court, playgrounds for children.
Next to the house, you can find a Fundustry events such as paintball, airsoft, lasergame, zipline, climbing park…

A big supermarket Jumbo is 5 km away.

Bed linens and towels are included in the price.
