The open-plan living area includes a smart HDTV with international channels, high-speed WiFi (84 Mbps), and comfortable seating. A dedicated workspace with a desk is also available, making this a great option for remote work from Crete.

IMPORTANT NOTICE
- Towels and linens are changed every 3–4 days.
- For stays under 7 nights, there is no cleaning included. If cleaning is requested, a €100 fee applies (paid in cash on arrival).
- For stays of 7 nights or more, cleaning is included every 3–4 days at no extra cost.

Starting from January 1st 2025 there is an "environmental tax/fee" that guests will have to pay for each day of their stay in our country according to the following schedule:
- From April to October, the rate of 15 Euros per day should be paid in cash on arrival.
- From November to March the amount of 4 Euro per day should be paid in cash on arrival.
