We rent the entire apartment for exclusive use, ensuring complete privacy without sharing it with the host or other guests. We also want to assure you that all the pictures and the description of the apartment on the Vrbo platform accurately reflect its appearance and what we offer.

The apartment is beautifully furnished in Eastern & Western cultures. Spend time enjoying the living and dining area with the comfort of our Maharaja style luxury furniture, 50” TV with multi-national and international movies, news, sports, and drama channels. The Master bedroom with a double bed and a wonderful en-suite twin bedroom has two single beds, a fully equipped international style kitchen, a gas cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, glassware, crockery and utensils, washing machine, and an iron with an ironing board, and all rooms have AC and ceiling fans. Our guests’ health & safety are important; there is a first-aid kit, a kitchen fire blanket, a fire extinguisher, and a carbon monoxide-smoke alarm.

The apartment is located in Andheri, 10 minutes from the international airport, 15 minutes to Juhu, Vile Parle, Santa Cruz and 25 minutes to Bandra.

In line with the facilities and equipment available at the apartment. We set:-
a maximum of 5 guest occupancy limits for a family - 4 Adults & 1 child under the age of 10.
A maximum of 4 guest occupancy limits for couples.
A maximum of 3 guest occupancy limits for a group of single persons for relatives, friends, professionals or business colleagues over the age of 25.

Sorry, we don't accommodate school or college students/groups of friends under 25.

Sorry, we do not allow Religious Functions, Social Functions, Weddings, Gatherings, Birthdays, or any form of Event Parties, Films, or Music Shooting.

Strictly no smoking, electric cigarettes, or shisha inside the apartment or outside of the building.

The gym and swimming pool are only used for booking over three weeks.

We do not have a provision for a parking space inside the complex for private or car hire without pre-booking. However, Guests need to confirm a vehicle parking space during making the reservation. All parking spaces are subject to availability, at additional charges. All unauthorised motor vehicles will be towed away without notice.

We are not taking a holding deposit out of respect for our guests. However, we reserve the right to charge for any damaged or missing articles, including lost keys.

Please note that, like any hospitality industry, we must also comply with the local government rules and regulations, and one of the rules is to ensure that the leading guest will need to complete our booking form, which we will email you separately upon confirmation of the reservation.
