Situated on the second floor, âWineryâ features a bold, contemporary design with cozy touchesâfrom a deep blue accent wall in the bedroom to unique lighting and natural wood details. The spacious layout includes a double bed, two comfortable sofa beds, a fully equipped kitchen with vibrant yellow cabinets, and a dining area perfect for relaxing or entertaining. Ideal for couples, families, or business travelers looking to enjoy Kaunas in style.
The apartment consists of three separate rooms â a master bedroom, a second bedroom with a sofa-bed, and a living room with a large sofa-bed â making it ideal for up to 6 guests.
Master Bedroom:
A calming space featuring a bold navy-blue accent wall, cozy double bed with crisp white linens, designer lighting fixtures, and a large wardrobe with sleek black sliding doors. Natural wood bedside tables and soft lighting create a restful ambiance.
Second Room (Bedroom):
A multi-functional area with a large, modern sofa bed (suitable for two), minimalist wall-mounted lighting, and a full-height wardrobe. A stylish orchid and subtle décor add a cozy touch.
The open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area is bright and tastefully furnished with:
A fully equipped kitchen with striking yellow and black cabinetry, a stove, oven, microwave, kettle, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, and all essential utensils.
A round dining table with four plush velvet chairs, perfect for shared meals or remote work.
A wall-mounted flat-screen TV, positioned for easy viewing from the lounge area.

The âWineryâ apartment is perfectly located in Kaunas Old Town, one of the city's most charming and historic areas. Nestled on Ć v. GertrĆ«dos Street, the apartment offers a peaceful setting while placing you within walking distance of Kaunasâ most iconic sights, cultural venues, and vibrant social scene.
đ° Kaunas Castle â Just a few minutesâ walk away, this 14th-century landmark offers scenic views and a beautiful riverside setting.
đïž Vilniaus Street â The cityâs famous pedestrian street lined with boutique shops, cafĂ©s, restaurants, and bars is right around the corner.
â Numerous cafĂ©s, bakeries, and local eateries are just steps awayâperfect for breakfast, coffee breaks, or evening drinks.

If you need to reach a further area, you can always use public transport, using the public transport schedules and the ticketing apps "Trafi", and "Ćœiogas" you will reach any area of Kaunas without any problems. During the warm season, the "Bolt" and "CityBee" apps offer to rent electric scooters, and bicycles, and to drive in their various rental cars all year round. And if you plan to use your transport, you will find more than one gas station in the neighbourhood of Ćœemieji Ć anÄiai. The parking space is also taken care of, you can park your vehicle in the yard right next to the apartment.
The apartment is located on the second floor, and climbing stairs is a must to reach the apartment. There is no elevator.
The parking area can be a bit packed; if packed, please don't hesitate and block some cars. Just leave your contact phone on the dashboard.

The limit of people in the apartment is the number of people mentioned in the reservationâno extra guests.
Children of all ages are allowed.
Smoking inside the apartments is not allowed.
Pets are allowed (Extra charges will apply). The guest must collect pet droppings.
Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 08:00.
Guest must wash their used dishes and take out the garbage before their check-out
Pet fee - 10⏠/ night for each pet
Guests are forbidden to move all furniture (except chairs)
The apartment is prepared with one set of bedding on the bed, regardless of bed size. Additional bedding, bed linen, and towels for the remaining guests mentioned on the reservation are stored in the apartment (in the sofa bed compartment or wardrobe) for you to use and arrange as needed.
All guests must upload their data to the local authorities in accordance with the law of tourism in Lithuania
