Spacious 4 bedroom 2 bath house that can fit up to 10 guests, 3 single beds, 3 double beds and 1 single sofa bed. 8 minutes down the road you have Dagenham Heathway which has Tesco, a huge Lidl, and many other grocery stores. 12 minutes in the other direction you have an ASDA store, Argos, KFC and a Pure Gym to fight off the celeries from all the indulgence. Jokes aside just 9 minutes down the road you have several ongoing construction projects where many apartments, flats, hotels, and offices. If you are a contractor working at Chequers Lane, this property is the perfect location for you.
To be honest this house should not be advertised for a holiday let. It is not fit for purpose. We've stayed at many holiday lets and never experienced anything like it.There were 7 of us staying, and they advertised it to sleep 10. Outside space was a building site, no adequate parking, utensils and crockery lacking, 3 plates, 2 forks, 1 mug, 3 bowls, handrail missing from stairs, fixtures and fittings in bad condition. Dont get me wrong, i wasnt expecting 5 star as there is wear and tear on any property but OMG took the joy away from what would have been an excellent weekend with close friends and family.
Iâm from Dagenham Iâm East London and I get joy from spreading joy. What I love the most about hosting is giving people a comfortable experience close to their workplace, hospitals and schools for their young ones. I love the excitement from guests when they realise just how much the property reminds them of home with not 1 but 2 living rooms, with flat screen apart TVs in both (with guest access Netflix included for free), a fully stocked kitchen with a washing machine, dishwasher cooker and more. They often are reluctant to leave.
I chose this area because Iâve lived here for most of my life and although it the streets are bustling, I have grown to love the business of the streets, where you can look out and see all the people on their different journeys and get a peek into what their story is
Unlike any other property in the RM9 area, this property has 2 living rooms not the standard 1 living room. It also has an adjoining room where friends and family can openly see each other and comfortably engage in conversation from their own rooms.
