The nearby village (Calvos – Vieira do Minho) is located close to the spring in the Cabreira mountain range and the early course of the Ave River, where the Candosa waterfalls and traditional watermills can be found, marking the river’s path toward the nearby Ermal reservoir.



The property, covering approximately 7,000 m², is located in a peaceful rural area and has been completely renovated while preserving its natural and authentic character. It features a water tank with running water that feeds two small lakes, which in turn flow into a stream to the south of the property.
