Welcome to our Bannockburn Guest House, where each of the 5 thoughtfully furnished double bedrooms includes a private en-suite bathroom—ideal for couples, solo travellers, or professionals seeking a comfortable and quiet stay. Each room accommodates up to 2 guests. Room 1 features a bathtub for added comfort, while Rooms 2 to 5 offer sleek walk-in showers.

Your room and bathroom are fully private, while shared access is available to a well-equipped kitchen, inviting living room, and dining area. These shared spaces allow you to cook, relax, or connect with other guests.

Room 1 is on the ground floor, and Rooms 2 to 5 are located on the first floor. The upper levels of the property are only accessible by stairs.

Self-check-in only: Entry is easy and secure with a key safe located at the property.

Free on-street public parking is available just outside. Spaces are not reserved and are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

The property is perfectly placed for discovering some of Scotland’s most popular sights.
