Welcome to our spacious 6-bedroom home in Astley – perfect for large groups, work stays or family getaways. Set over three floors, the house is fully equipped for comfort and convenience, with a generous living area, large dining space, and a fully stocked kitchen ideal for longer stays.

You'll have the entire home to yourselves, including 6 comfortable bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a 75-inch Smart TV with Netflix, fast Wi-Fi, a washing machine, and all the essentials like fresh linen, towels, toiletries, and tea and coffee. The home also features a pool table, dart board, and private driveway parking for up to 6 cars.

Located just 25 minutes from Manchester city centre and 20 minutes from the Trafford Centre, it's a great base for exploring Greater Manchester. We also provide a local guide with our favourite pubs, restaurants, and things to do nearby.

Self check-in is available via lockbox from 3pm, and we’re happy to offer early check-in if possible—just let us know your plans!

Guest Access:
You’ll have full, private access to the entire property for the duration of your stay.

Check-in is from 3PM and check-out is by 11AM. If you’d like an early check-in or late check-out, just let us know - we can often accommodate for a small additional fee. You can conveniently check yourself in, and we’ll send all the details ahead of your arrival.
