This detached house is located a few 10 meters from the shore of the Fluessen, one of the largest lakes in Friesland, and the marina, perfect for lovers of peace, nature and water recreation.
The house (completed 2023) is equipped with all conveniences and exudes a warm, inviting atmosphere. Thanks to the sustainable energy system, including a heat pump and solar panels, you also stay in an energy-efficient and environmentally conscious manner. The spacious living room with large windows offers wonderful. From the open well-equipped modern kitchen you step out onto the sun-drenched terrace - ideal for breakfast in the morning sun or drinks at sunset.
The house has three comfortable bedrooms, suitable for families or groups of friends of up to 8 people. Modern bathrooms, well-equipped kitchen and private garden complete your stay.
The location is unique: in a quiet, green area with direct access to the water. In the vicinity are plenty of opportunities for all water sports, hiking, cycling, fishing and day trips to authentic Frisian villages such as Woudsend, Balk and Sloten.
