Ko Lake Villa is a wonderfully spacious and peaceful place, making it an ideal choice for your next getaway.

Guests have access to the entire villa, including the roof garden, lake garden, lake sandbank, and three surf and swim beaches located 350-400 yards away. We have a chef, kitchen staff, and housekeepers as well as security. We are fortunate to have caring neighbours and friendly villagers.

Our dedicated staff, some of whom live on-site, are here to ensure your stay is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. We respect your privacy and are available to assist you as needed. Should you require any assistance or information about the local area, such as whale and dolphin watching safaris, or wish to arrange a BBQ, please feel free to reach out. The owners are also readily available to address any queries or requests you may have.

Ahangama and Koggala offer fabulous beaches, bars, coffee houses and cafés. They`re noted as being one of the friendliest towns in the south, equally appreciative of Sri Lankans as they are of foreign guests who visit or stay in Sri Lanka. We have railway stations, busses and good Tuk Tuk drivers as car and Tuk hire. On the doorstep is a national airport/air force base, with seaplanes to get you everywhere.

We are fortunate to live on a closed, unpaved service road that serves both our neighbours and us. They are friendly, genuine, and respected within the neighbourhood. The love that our guests have for the local area is palpable. They appreciate staying in Ko Lake and spending time by the lake and beach, enjoying boating trips and learning about Sri Lanka and the Southern District. We do our best to ensure they continue being a part of our neighbourhood.

The pool deck is 10 feet above the ground, which affords guests a natural breeze and lovely views across the lake. The banisters are not childproof, and toddlers must be kept close to their parents. The pool is 5`8` at the deep end and 3`6` at the shallow end, with a wet-deck that is 6` deep. There is no lifeguard. We monitor the pool deck with CCTV for the safety and security of guests, visitors, and staff.
