Strictly no smoking · £200 penalty applies if smoking is detected

No parties, loud music or additional guests

Any damages must be reported immediately and will be charged to the guest

Excessive mess may result in an additional cleaning fee.

Property is strictly for guests named on the booking.

Small additional cleaning fee for pets · Children of all ages welcome.

While smoking is not permitted in the apartment, neighbouring units may occasionally cause odours to travel into the property, which is unfortunately outside our control.
