The house is suitable for 6 adults and 1 child up to about 16 years old. Ground floor with underfloor heating and a natural stone floor. Entrance with wardrobe, toilet, and stairs to the upper floor, plus an additional room with washing machine and dryer. The living room has a nice seating area with sofas and armchairs, TV, and a round dining table for 7 people.

The second bedroom is furnished with two single box spring beds, perfect for two people. Additionally, upon request, there is the possibility of placing a sleeping armchair for children, with a length of approximately 1.65 meters, so that the little ones can also sleep comfortably.
The third bedroom consists of two single box spring beds and also has a sitting area.
The bathroom on this floor is spacious and luxuriously furnished, featuring a freestanding bath for relaxing, a large rain shower for a refreshing start to the day, and a large sink with two faucets for comfort and convenience. The toilet completes the bathroom.
