This luxury holiday farm is located in the village of Vriezenveen, near Hellendoorn. Vriezenveen is a small village in the Twente landscape, just north of Almelo, with beautiful farms in the village. It’s close to the Engbertsdijksvenen nature reserve and National Park De Sallandse Heuvelrug.
The holiday farm is spacious and tastefully decorated, with a luxurious and rural style featuring original elements such as wooden beams and terracotta tiles. At the back, there is a large terrace and an adjacent outbuilding with a hayloft and stable for ponies. During the day, the ponies are outside in a meadow, and at night, they are in the stable. A few chickens roam around the yard. With attractions like Slagharen amusement park and Hellendoorn Adventure Park nearby, as well as the Lemelerberg for walking or cycling and historic towns like Ommen, you'll find plenty to enjoy here.

Holiday home layout

The country farmhouse was built in 1800 and has been modernized over the years. The property is situated along the main road of a small village. The house is set back from the road by a large front garden, which is enclosed with a gate. The grounds cover approximately 2,500 m².
The house is suitable for 8 adults and 2 children up to around 16 years old. The entire ground floor features a natural stone floor with underfloor heating. Entrance with wardrobe.
The living room offers a cozy seating area with sofas, armchairs, and a fireplace (firewood provided). There is no TV available. At the front of the living room, there is also a sunshade.
The country-style kitchen is in a separate room and is equipped with an induction cooktop, refrigerator, combination oven, dishwasher, coffee maker (Senseo), coffee machine (beans available), and kettle. From the kitchen, you can easily join the long dining table with chairs or sit by the second fireplace.
Additionally, there is a utility room with a worktop, refrigerator with ice maker, freezer, washing machine, and dryer.
The first bedroom is located on the ground floor. It features a double box spring bed (double duvet), ample wardrobe space, and carpeted flooring. It has an en-suite bathroom with a double sink, jet-stream bathtub, Turkish bath, and toilet.
The garden surrounds the front and back of the house. On nice days, you can enjoy the lounge set or dining table on the (covered) terrace at the rear. There is also a (gas) BBQ available.

The entire first floor has a beautiful wood floor. The second bedroom has a double bed. It features an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, rain shower, sink, and toilet.
The third bedroom also has a double bed (1.20m) and built-in wardrobe space. The other two bedrooms each have two single beds.
