The beach is partially organized with sunbeds and umbrellas, while also leaving plenty of natural space for those seeking seclusion. The village itself maintains a traditional Greek charm, featuring local tavernas, family-run shops, bakeries, and a calm atmosphere that stands in contrast to the island’s busier tourist centers.

Please be aware that use of the pool is at your own risk, and children should always be supervised by an adult. The property owner is not liable for any accidents or injuries. We would like to inform you about an important regulation mandated by the Greek government. From April to October, all guests are required by law to pay an Environmental Fee. This fee cannot be included in the booking price and must be collected separately before arrival, as stipulated by the Greek authorities.

€15 per night for villas

Once we collect this fee, we pay it in full directly to the government as a tax.

Unfortunately, we are not allowed to waive, reduce, or absorb this fee, no matter the circumstances.

Payment is required before check-in, as per Greek law.

We completely understand this might be frustrating, and we sincerely wish we could make it easier for you. However, we are legally obligated to comply, and without this payment, check-in is not permitted.
