The most magical accommodation in Liptov. Traditional house built in 1927 converted into a unique accommodation with a charming atmosphere.

The atmosphere of our place- it is a winter evening fire crackling in the fireplace and you are sitting in the living room. It's snowing outside and family is having fun with dartboard just before the table tennis tournament. That's exactly what evenings after returning from the mountains are like, it's a great place to recharge your energy.
The space
The cottage has its own little island, it is beautifully hidden behind a small river that separates it from the road. The land can be reached via a bridge and then it is all yours. A huge yard, sitting area and historic barn awaits you.

The cottage has two floors, the ground floor is where it lives. Whether you're cooking, watching TV or playing ping pong. On the ground floor you'll find the lounge with kitchen - dominated by a fireplace standing on a massive rock, not to be missed are the darts and ping pong table. Further downstairs you will find the bathroom and the master bedroom.

As you climb the stairs, you will discover a place of peace and quiet on the second floor. The second floor is used for regeneration. For instance, in the illuminated reading corner with library or one of the two bedrooms. The bedroom at the very end also serves as a workspace if you unfortunately need to pop in for a meeting during your holiday.

The capacity of the cottage is for 9 people. The number of beds is: 3 double beds, 2 single beds and one couch.

Guest access
Parking is just next to house. It is very easy to check in and check out. Can fit up to 3 cars easily.
Other things to note
The location is really great because within one hour by car you can reach all the beautiful places in the region.

During the winter you have the opportunity to discover several ski resorts - within 1 hour you can reach 8 all the main ones in Slovakia.

The cottage is located at the foothills of the Western Tatras under the mighty Baranec hill. In a small village called Jakubovany. There is regular public transport (we can assist with this) but access is better by car.

Please be aware that a local tourist tax of €1 per person, per night is required upon departure. This tax is not included in your Airbnb booking price and must be paid in cash.
