A high-quality, newly built home
Willow Cottage is a modern two bedroom, two bathroom property sitting amongst a collection of luxurious newly-built houses in the sought after North Norfolk village of Blakeney. This boutique style accommodation is just five minutes walk from Blakeneyâs famous Quay (perfect for crabbing) and the coastal path to Morston and Cley-Next-The-Sea. It is just perfect for coastal getaways and couples wanting more space than a traditional one bedroom cottage in Blakeney can offer!
Guests will feel relaxed the moment they step foot through the door of Willow Cottage with its soft tones and comfortable furnishings throughout. One enters the property through the pretty garden into the high-quality contemporary kitchen which is equipped with everything you would expect in a high-end holiday rental including a large fridge/freezer, intergrated dishwasher, washer/dryer, oven and induction hob. There is a dining table that comfortably seats four in this kitchen area and just off it is a large WC and stairs leading to the first floor.
The stylish living room is light and bright with comfortable soft furnishings as well as a 43âł Smart Tv, Alexa speaker and DVD player. French doors open from this living room into a pretty paved terrace area and garden.
Upstairs are two beautifully appointment bedrooms. The master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed, a built-in double wardrobe and a high-quality shower en-suite.
The second bedroom has a comfortable double bed with standing wardrobe and has the benefit of its own high quality en-suite with shower.
The garden is fully enclosed meaning guests can enjoy the sun all day long. The rear garden has pretty flower-filled beds in front of gorgeous woven fencing. There is a rattan table and chairs set for four so guests can make the most of the sun trap terrace!
A gate in the back fencing allows easy access to the private parking facilities Willow Cottage offers.
If you manage to tear yourself away from this wonderful property, you will discover there is so much to do within walking distance. Blakeney Quayside is a Designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty with its amazing bird activity, beautiful salt marshes and stunning skies all year round. The village itself has many high-quality eateries including the âBistroâ restaurant âThe Mooringsâ, a superb a la carte menu at The Blakeney Hotel and relaxed âgastroâ pub food at The White Horse.
A few things to note on your departure....
We do hope you enjoy your stay in beautiful North Norfolk!!
Please remember the lovely cottages and barns we are able to offer are our owners individual holiday homes and therefore ask that you look after them and leave them as you would your own. Whilst we do not expect our guests to carry out a full clean on departure we respectfully request that properties are left, as much as possible, as they are found: Below are a few reminders on how to leave the property on your departure.
ï·It would be most kind if you would run the vacuum cleaner over the floors andcarpets especially if you and your family or pets have brought any sand ordebris inside.ï·All crockery, glass ware, pots and pans etc should be returned clean and totheir correct cupboards. If the dishwasher is still running when you leave, noproblem, but please do not leave any washing up for us to do!ï·Please put any furniture, ornaments, games etc that you have moved duringyour stay back to where you found them.ï·We do try as much as possible to be a pooch friendly company! In return weask that doggie owners must clean up all evidence of their pets stay bothinternally and externally.ï·Please do not allow your dogs on any furniture or beds and please put anythrows that are not especially intended for dogs out of the way so they do notget hairy. Please use your own throws/blankets to protect furnishings etc.from your doggies.
ï·Please double check all of your own property has been packed. A special reminder to check you have all phone/ipad/laptop chargers - you would be amazed how many we are asked to find each week!ï·If you find you have left something in the cottages on your return home donât fret!! Make sure you phone us straight away and we will endeavor to find whatever it is and post it back to you. The charge for this is a minimum ÂŁ15 plus P&P. Unfortunately due to lack of excess storage we can only keep items for 2 weeks.ï·Please ensure that all internal bins are emptied and note that the green recycling bins will only take paper and cardboard, glass, plastic containers and tins.ï·Whilst we do leave a few lights on in the property to make sure it is welcoming for your arrival we do ask that you ensure all lights at the property, both internal and external, are switched off before you leave.ï·Please ensure that the last thing you do before you leave the property is endure that all windows are shut and where possible lock and that all of the external doors to the property are securely locked.
The house you are staying in is checked before your arrival and upon your departure by either the owner or a member of The Blakeney Cottage Company housekeeping team. Each of our properties has an individual average cleaning time and unfortunately we do have to charge guests back if the properties are left in a way that extends that average cleaning time. In the same way if any damage caused by spillages or neglect is found it will be charged back to guests. On the unusual occasion that this is the case, photos will be emailed to you detailing the problem with the time and charges required to put it right.
