With capacity for 6 people, the house has three comfortable bedrooms, two with double beds and one with bunk beds. All are equipped with window and fan, ensuring a cool and comfortable stay. The bathroom, complete and functional, has everything you need for your comfort.

The kitchen, open to the living room, is fully equipped and has a table ideal for sharing family meals. The living room, on the other hand, has a 32" TV to enjoy moments of entertainment, creating a comfortable and cosy atmosphere to share in good company.

The jewel of the house is its large 40 m² rooftop terrace, equipped with a parasol, armchairs and outdoor benches, an ideal space to relax in the open air. Access to the roof terrace is via a staircase next to the sliding door, located in the hallway leading to the house. A cosy place, well located and perfect to enjoy rest and nature.

Located in the charming municipality of Buenavista del Norte, Tenerife, this property is surrounded by restaurants, supermarkets and all the necessary services, and well connected by road to all the attractions of the island. Just a few minutes' drive away, you can visit the Teide National Park and its Visitor Centre, or enjoy activities such as the descent of the Masca ravine and a boat or kayak trip to admire the Los Gigantes Cliffs. Hiking enthusiasts will enjoy exploring the forests of Anaga and Teno, with routes adapted to all levels.

The property has a fully equipped kitchen, which includes a coffee maker, fridge, ceramic hob, toaster, kettle, whisk, microwave, sandwich maker and washing machine, as well as a hot water boiler and hairdryer for added convenience. There is also 1G/s WiFi for a fast and stable connection.

Access to the roof terrace is via a staircase next to the sliding door, located in the entrance hallway to the flat.
