The Cornerstone, with a TV in Every Bedroom! Is a 5 bedroom house with a modern kitchen, ensuite shower room to the master bedroom, a family bathroom on the 1st floor and additional toilet on the ground floor. There are 7 comfortable beds which sleep up to 10 people. There is space for one car to park off road at the back of the property. The property is a short drive Swansea City Centre, Swansea Marina, Swansea Enterprise Park and close to The Mumbles and the Gower Peninsular.
When you arrive, park up using the off road parking at the back of the property with space for one car. Walk through the lovely outdoor patio area with wooden pergola and you'll enter the house through the conservatory. The utility space and downstairs toilet will be to your left, you'll also find the washing machine and dryer there too. Ahead of you is the modern kitchen with a cuisine master oven and gas hob where you can be the head chef!
You'll find a dining area in this open plan space with a dining table which seats up to 8 people making this the perfect space to entertain and cook up some tasty food for family, friends or even work colleagues!
Following on from the kitchen/dining room you'll find the cosy living space which seats up to 4 people on 2 couches and the down stairs bedroom with 2 single beds. Moving upstairs you'll find the rest of the bedrooms with ensuite shower room and the family bathroom.
This 5 bedroom house in Swansea is available for the exclusive use of groups of up to 10 guests. Itâs hosted and managed by the KG Inspired Group, a team that has a large portfolio of properties across South Wales. Swansea City Centre - discover everything youâd expect from a major city centre, including shops and coffee shops, bars and restaurants plus parks and other places of interest, including Swansea Grand Theatre. If you have tickets for a performance there, stay here and really turn it into an occasion. Mumbles - this seaside village is nearby and well worth a visit. Swansea Marina - enjoy a nose around the boats that moor here and maybe grab a snack or meal in one of the many eateries. The Swansea LC Waterpark - youâll soon see why Walesâ biggest indoor waterpark is so popular with locals and visitors alike. Gower Peninsula Other local beaches and bays including 3 Cliffs Bay.
Swansea is close to the M4 motorway which stretches across Wales and England all the way to London. So weâre easy to reach by car, and with parking available close to the house, driving here is a popular option. But you can see the area using buses, or walk or cycle and take in the picturesque riverside scenery. Or you could always order a cab. The railway station isnât far away either, and itâs from here that you can catch train services north to Manchester and east to London, as well as many other destinations.
