If you’re looking for a modern 3 bed Swansea house in a great location that makes exploring the area really easy, this is the house for you. It’s less than 2 minutes to Swansea city centre from here, so all the shops, bars and entertainment venues are within walking distance. So too the Liberty Stadium, Morriston Hospital and the Morfa retail park. Other locations in the area that are easily reached from this Swansea house for up to 7 guests include:
Swansea Marina – a great spot for refreshment and relaxation
Swansea LC – a waterpark that’s sure to give everyone a splashing time
Wales National Waterfront Museum – slow down the pace with an interactive journey through Wales’ seafaring history

There are plenty of options available to you for getting around Swansea. We’re close to the M4 motorway, so driving here is a good choice, as there’s parking on the opposite side of the road to the house. But plenty of buses serve the local area and you can always book cabs or walk or cycle to wherever you need to go. And with the train station easily reached too, if you’re arriving from places further afield such as London or Manchester, it won’t take you long to get from the platform to the house.

Family holiday

Property done up on the cheap, and maintained on the cheap. Two hobs on the stove did not work. No shelving units on the fridge door to stand up milk. Kitchen bin had no lid. Poor and scrappy supply of kitchen utensils. The tin opener didn't work. The shower supply of hot water was quite temperamental. The whole bathroom could do with a refit. The toilet lid was broken. The bathroom had a strong smell of urine we expect coming from the carpet floor and floorboards. There were no dining chairs in the property to eat at the table. The over all cleanliness of the property was poor. The decor was very poor. The bedrooms were good, but downstairs was yuck!
