Charming fishermansâ cottage in picturesque Crovie
64 Crovie is a very comfortable ex fishermanâs cottage dating from the late 1700âs, situated yards from the sea. Watch dolphins and other sea life from the door and relax. Crovie is on the Moray Firth between Pennan and Gardenstown. The cottage sleeps 4 and features a newly refurbished luxury kitchen with dining area and cosy lounge both with wood burning stoves. Upstairs the cottage has two large bedrooms with views to hillside. Rental includes bedding, towels and electricity. Note that parking is at one end of the village but a barrow is provided for transportation of luggage.
I have owned the cottage for 40 years and there is nowhere like Crovie. The village and cottage is listed and visitors love the proximity to the sea, wildlife and walks around the coast. In the wider area there are castles and whisky distilleries to enjoy.
It is a former fishermanâs cottage so is historic but it has been refurbished and offers comfortable accommodation. It features a luxury kitchen, and heating together with wood burning stoves downstairs.
