A spacious flat in a quiet residential area of Southport. There is free private parking for guests to use and we also provide free high-speed Wi-Fi. The flat is situated a short distance from all the attractions Southport has to offer.
The flat is on the second floor of a large victorian house, you will need to climb some steep steps to get to the door of the flat, if you struggle with stairs, we would not recommend the flat. Brightly furnished and decorated, you'll find this flat a joy to sta

Use the free private parking to the rear of the property. There are steep steps at the front of the property and the door opens towards you. Please, use caution when opening the door. You will then walk up some more steps to the front door of the flat.
There is an open plan spacious living room/dining room with comfy chairs, sofa, dining table, coffee table, TV, games and is brightly decorated. This area will allow you to relax from a busy day in Southport. If you need to work, there is a spacious dining table.
There is a modern kitchen with everything you'd need to cook and prepare meals. There is a kettle, microwave, toaster, oven, stove, washing machine, fridge, cups, silverware and cooking equipment. We provide a small amount, sugar, coffee, and tea to get you started. A lovely breakfast bar, is a nice place to hang out, have a brew and chat or eat breakfast.
There is one very large bedroom which contains one double bed and two single beds. To create some privacy, there are large book shelves (see photos) diving the bedroom into three distinct areas. There is a clothes rail and coat hangers for your belongings.
The modern bathroom has a spacious shower, toilet and sink. Next to the bathroom and behind the front door there is space for your coats and other belongings.
The property has central heating and hot water provided by a combi-boiler.
To access the flat you will need to climb some steep stairs, the flat is spaced. We would not recommend this flat to anyone who struggles with stairs.
You'll have access to the whole flat and it's facilities during your stay.
We will provide a check-in code for the key-safe on the day of check-in if you've signed our terms and conditions, provided your photo ID and if required paid the security deposit depending on the platform you booked through.
We will not be on site, however, if the online guest book cannot answer your question, you can message us. If there is an emergency you will have access to our 24/7 emergency number. Remote check-in via a smart lock box, there is a Ring equivalent doorbell to monitor the number of guests checking into the property.

If you're driving, Southport has plenty of car parks and it is well connected to the major road networks including the M58, M6, M565 and A59, meaning you can easily get to other locations in the North West such as Formby, Liverpool, Manchester, Preston and Blackpool.
Southport has great public transport links, including three train stations and regular bus/coach services which are all close to the flat.
There are a number of local taxi services in the area or Uber operates in Southport.
