The South West Coast Path runs past the property and is a must for keen walkers, especially since the views are otherworldly. Amuse the children with some excellent days out, including Axe Valley Wildlife Park (6.5 miles), the Donkey Sanctuary (13 miles) and Seaton Tramway (8 miles), all of which are just over the border into Devon.
