Please note that the ground-floor apartment is a separate property and its private patio is not accessible to guests.

The staircase and corridor leading to the apartment are shared communal areas and may not be used for storage or as living space. We kindly ask guests to keep these areas clear and respectful for all residents in the building.

OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE

Check-In Requirements: In accordance with Greek tax legislation, all guests will be kindly asked to provide their passport or ID details prior to arrival. For longer-term stays, guests will also be asked to sign a short-term rental agreement upon arrival. (The contract will be provided in English.)

Respect for the Property:
We kindly ask that no alterations be made to the property, including furniture placement or door locks. Thank you for helping us keep everything in great condition for all guests.

All utility bills are included in your rental cost.
For stays longer than one week, a complimentary cleaning service will be provided at the end of each week. This visit is required to help maintain the apartment in pristine condition. A gardener may also stop by to attend to the patio if needed and you will be notified in advance.

The cleaning fee covers the professional cleaning completed before your arrival.


A starter supply of toiletries is provided to get you through the first few days. Depending on your usage, you may wish to purchase more for the remainder of your stay. These items will be replenished during the weekly cleaning visit.

Children & Booking Details:
Please note that children aged 2 and above are counted as guests and should be included in your reservation.

A baby crib is available upon request at no additional cost—just let us know in advance so we can have them ready for your arrival.

Climate Control:
The bedrooms (on the second floor) are equipped with A/C units, and the living room (on the first floor) has a clima unit to keep the space comfortable throughout your stay.

Security:
For your safety and peace of mind, a CCTV camera is installed in the exterior corridor of the property. This is solely for security purposes and does not cover any private interior spaces.
