adult on the ground floor. There are two bathrooms with showers, one on each
floor.

youll find a full kitchen with everything you need to cook. There is also a
Smart TV in the bedrooms and in the living room. Outside, there is an outdoor
kitchen, a dining area, and a gas BBQ, perfect for meals in the fresh air.
The villa
also offers private parking for up to three cars. With its quiet location and
modern features, Avia Villa is a perfect place to enjoy a peaceful and fun
holiday near the beach.

to relax and enjoy the sun, sea, and nature. The popular village of Lindos is
only a 10-minute drive away, where you can explore traditional streets, enjoy
amazing views, and visit the famous Acropolis of Lindos. Rhodes Town and the
airport are about an hours drive from the villa.
Please note that the accommodation (climate) tax per overnight stay is as follows:
o From 01/04 to 31/10: 15EUR per night
o From 01/11 to 31/03: 4EUR per night

Kindly note that the climate tax is not included in the total reservation amount and is payable separately.
