Nestled in a prime location, this exquisite stone villa offers panoramic views of Kolympithres Beach near Naoussa, a private outdoor pool, and serene living spaces designed for ultimate relaxation.
Spanning two levels, the villa is part of a complex of three residences and is thoughtfully designed to provide a harmonious balance between comfort and style. The ground floor features an open-plan living and kitchen area, elegantly decorated in natural earthy tones with modern touches. This level also features the master bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom, along with a fully equipped kitchenette and an additional guest WC.
On the lower level, a peaceful retreat awaits with a second bedroom featuring a double bed and private bathroom, as well as an open-plan area with two twin beds that can be arranged together or separately. A cozy lounge space, an additional bathroom, and a small refrigerator complete this level, which also provides access to two private cour anglaise balconies, adding a unique charm to the villa’s design.
Every room is fitted with air conditioning, ensuring a comfortable stay no matter the season. The villa also offers private parking within the complex, three plush sun loungers, and a floating poof for moments of pure relaxation.
Outside this space seamlessly extends onto a spacious 180 sqm terrace, where the private pool is the perfect place to soak up the Aegean sun, with the endless blue sea stretching before you. The outdoor dining area, shaded for comfort, is perfect for hosting al fresco meals prepared on the BBQ, creating unforgettable culinary moments with friends and family.
