Our home is located in a quiet cul-de-sac, in a friendly, family-oriented neighbourhood. Private parking is available. Shops, takeaways, and a convenience store are within walking distance. Almondvale Shopping Centre and the Livingston Designer Outlet, Scotland's largest designer outlet, are just a few minutes' drive away.

Livingston is well-connected, with easy access to Edinburgh (just 30 minutes by car), and Glasgow (35 minutes by car). Edinburgh Airport is also only 25 minutes away.
Guests should be respectful of neighbours and keep noise to a minimum between 19:00 and
11:00.
Smoking is not allowed.
