Step inside our stylish first-floor apartment nestled in a charming Oxfordshire village attached to our main home.
The open-plan living/dining area boasts floor-to-ceiling windows with stunning views creating a bright & airy space to unwind. A kitchenette and dining area offer added convenience.
Relax in the cosy double bedroom, complete with a luxury ensuite wet room for ultimate comfort.
Perfect for couples or contractors looking for a peaceful getaway with easy access to local attractions.
Please note, the apartment is part of our main home and is accessed via your own private entrance up an external metal staircase.
Open the French doors into the generous living space featuring a comfy sofa and Smart TV with all the usual streaming apps (subscriptions required). The lounge area is framed by the vast floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the churchyard and beyond.
The kitchenette is ideal for cooking essentials with a combi oven/microwave, along with a fridge, kettle & toaster. There is a separate dining area enjoying even more far-reaching countryside views, a perfect spot for home working.
Along the corridor is the separate bedroom with double bed and ample storage. The bedroom boasts a luxurious ensuite wet room with a large shower, sink & WC.
Outside, there's a parking space beside the gate leading to your own screened private terrace with a bistro set for 2 and a BBQ for your use (please provide your own charcoal & lighters).
The apartment is a lovely 1 mile walk from Cropredy with 2 cafés and 2 pubs serving excellent fresh local food and village shop for your essentials.
JLR/Gaydon is only 15 minutes away, Banbury/M40 (J11) is 3.5 miles away with easy access to Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwick, Silverstone & Blenheim Palace all around 20 miles away.
Guests have full access to the first-floor apartment as described, which is attached to our main home.
There is a small enclosed private rear terrace for guest use with a bistro set. Please respect the privacy of the home owners and do not walk anywhere else on the property grounds.
Although the apartment is attached to our main home, it is extremely quiet with no children or pets living here so you will not be disturbed.
It is not suitable for small children due to the external staircase required to access the first floor apartment. Please be careful when using the staircase as it can be slippery when wet.
Strictly no parties allowed. Please observe our quiet hours from 10pm to 7am.
Sorry, no pets allowed.
The central heating is controlled by our main home. As it is not often on, there are 2 portable heaters supplied for your comfort.
Mid-stay cleans/linen replacement for longer stays can be organised for an additional cost.
Please be advised, there is no washing machine at the apartment. However, we do supply laundry hand wash and a drying rack for emergency use.
Towels & toiletries are provided along with a welcome pack including tea/coffee/sugar/milk sachets and snacks.
