The Eden Sunshine Suite is a luminous, serene retreat, nestled quietly at the back of the building it benefits from not having any neighbours. This standalone suite comes with a double bed, integrated fridge, ensuite shower and toilet, plus coffee-making facilitiesâideal for a refreshing start to your day.
The suite's location is conveniently close to St. Helier's town centre and to the marina. When your not enjoying the gardens and other breakout spaces that Eden has offer, then make use of the large communal kitchen and outdoor BBQ.
Enjoy a stylish and central stay at Eden House & Aquila House, Eden House is on Havre des Pas sandy beach in the heart of St Helier, the property benefits from having across the road one of the best examples of a public Victorian swimming pool called the Lido. As a guest you have access to beautiful gardens & sun terraceâs, perfect for outdoor dining and BBQâs. The hotel is an 8-minute walk from St Helierâs high street. Opposite the property along the beach promenade, there are numerous bars and restaurants to enjoy.
Eden consists of several luxury self-contained apartments & suites, all with ensuite bathrooms, toiletries, Flat Screen smart TVâs, Fridges, king size beds, cotton linen and towels. The lounge areas all convert into extra beds to accommodate additional guests. Eden has free parking and bus routes right outside, which will take you island-wide. The harbour is only a 2 minuet drive away or 15-minute walk.
Unlike other hotels, Edenâs suites have access to a large, well-equipped kitchen and dining areas that lead down to the communal gardens, perfect for of a large well-equipped kitchen and dining areas which lead down to the communal gardens, perfect for guests who wish to self-cater.
The whole building can be booked at a discounted rate for group or wedding bookings either happening at the Lido or for other island events such as conventions and sporting events. We can host parties and private dining on the premises.

Behind the Aquila Apartments is access to a lovely park with climbing frames and a cafe with alfresco. Kensington Street is also a few minutes' walk from Aquila with a wide variety of restaurants
