Luxury holiday home Peerdermolen up to 12 people on a 5* estate concerns the entire left house.

The house has its own private entrance, private garden and covered terrace. During your stay, you have the entire house and garden all to yourself, so you can enjoy your stay in peace and comfort.
5 comfortable rooms, each with an own bathroom & toilet for extra privacy and comfort, TV, Nespresso machine incl. 4 cups, kettle, tea, sugar/creamer.
There are 5 double beds and 1 sofa bed (1m40) available.
Ground floor: dining/sitting area with kitchen, suite with 2nd sitting area with tv + sofabed (1m60) & separate toilet.
1st floor: 2 deluxe rooms and a family room, consisting of 2 almost identical rooms connected by a connecting door.
Outside you can enjoy your private garden, the covered terrace with outdoor table and chairs, nice playground for kids and a fish pond.

Guest Access:
De Hoogmolen introduces a self-hosting concept. No physical reception and no wasted time with paperwork. Before arrival, guests receive an online check-in form and a personal access code for the main entrance. Need help? Then of course we are always available. For example, send us a message via W-app (we create a W-app group with each guest to ensure a smooth communication), via the chat of the booking platform or give us a call and we will be happy to help you. Do you really have issues regarding your stay? No worries! We will come directly to De Hoogmolen to help you out.

Everything within the vacation home, garden and terrace is for your private use.

The Neighborhood:
The surroundings of De Hoogmolen exude an atmosphere of tranquility, nature and history. Located on the picturesque Abeek Valley, surrounded by green forests and the gurgling sound of water flowing past the mill.
De Hoogmolen itself is a charming water mill that has its origins in the Middle Ages.

The house is furnished with care. A refined combination of natural materials and warm colors create a harmonious atmosphere.

The presence of cycling nodes, walking nodes and an equestrian and riding route network running through the property offer various opportunities to explore the area. Rider and horse are more than welcome; horses can stay (subject to reservation and additional cost) in a spacious meadow with stables on the domain while the rider can stay in the house.

For children, there is a nice outdoor playground where they can have fun. There is also a nice fishing pond for hobby fishermen.

Besides hiking, biking and horseback riding, you can also ski/snowboard in the nearby indoor ski slope, swim in the neighboring subtropical swimming pool, visit local breweries, explore surrounding natural areas ...

An enchanting mix of history and nature in the middle of Belgian Limburg makes this place ideal for peace seekers, nature lovers & sports enthusiasts.

In spring/summer 2025 you can enjoy refreshing drinks and tasty snacks at the summer terrace at the estate.
The summer bar will be open depending on weather conditions.
