Event Venue Fee: €2500 (up to 100 guests, taxes included).
Housekeeping Fee: €300 after events (taxes included).
House Rules
No smoking inside the property (permitted outside).
No loud music/noise during quiet hours: 11 p.m. – 7 a.m. and siesta hours: 3 p.m. – 5 p.m.
Property must be kept clean and orderly during the rental period.
Furnishings must not be moved outside.
Pool Use: Swim at own risk, no lifeguard on duty, no diving allowed.
Acts of God: No refunds for weather, government acts, or neighboring construction.
Liability & Indemnity
The renter assumes all risks related to the use of the property, including recreational activities and the swimming pool.
The owner is not liable for any lost or damaged personal items.
Covid-19 Regulations
The villa complies with relevant government protocols for health and safety. Guests are required to follow guidelines provided on the property.
