The Space:

The accommodation includes two grand suites (over 70m² each) with king-size beds and en-suite bathrooms featuring both a shower and bathtub, three spacious double bedrooms with king-size beds and en-suite bathrooms, one twin bedroom perfect for children, and four single bedrooms sharing two modern bathrooms and an additional single sofa bed.

Designed for both relaxation and entertainment, the château features three elegant drawing rooms, interconnected by double doors to form a stunning enfilade, along with a refined dining room perfect for memorable meals. A fully equipped, spacious kitchen comes with premium appliances, including two ovens, two refrigerators, a large freezer, three sinks, two dishwashers, and multiple coffee makers. Guests can enjoy a billiards room, table football, ping-pong table, volleyball, and petanque for leisurely fun, while broadband and Wi-Fi ensure seamless connectivity throughout the property.

The estate offers a wealth of outdoor amenities, including a 20m heated swimming pool that is discreetly tucked away yet easily accessible. The Neighborhood:
Perfectly positioned to explore the surrounding beauty and history, the château is within easy reach of Toulouse, Carcassonne, Lourdes, and the Pyrenees. Guests can discover charming villages with bustling local markets, artisanal shops, and traditional restaurants. For sports enthusiasts, the area offers excellent golf courses, horse riding, water sports, and even winter skiing. History lovers will appreciate visits to medieval castles, Roman ruins, and scenic vineyards, all just a short drive away.

Getting Around:
The nearest village is five minutes drive from the Château and has an excellent small supermarket and very good butcher. The village also has a baker, patisserie, petrol station, pizzeria and a restaurant.

The nearest market town is just over 15 minutes drive away which has a hypermarket and a further two large supermarkets as well as many other shops, and a Saturday market where local farmers sell their produce.

There are local markets every day of the week in the surrounding villages and towns, except Sunday.

Toulouse is approximately 45 minutes drive away and is well known for its excellent shops.

Children must be supervised at all times due to open water, woodland areas, and natural terrain, which may pose hazards depending on age and ability.
