New high standard cabin with sauna at Sjusjøen

Welcome to enjoy some lovely days on Gutubakken in a newly completed high standard cabin!

Gutubakken is a newer cabin field a couple of kilometers before the center of Sjusjøen with good sunny conditions during the day, and skiing in and out to Sjusjøen's famous newly groomed cross-country ski trails. Sjusjøen also has an alpine resort with a chair lift to a rather challenging hill, and two children's slopes with a cup lift.

In summer, this is a perfect starting point for long mountain tours in the area on foot or by bike. The trail cycling network on Ringsaks and Øyerfjellet is fantastic. The road network for regular mountain biking, including the Birkebeinertrasen, is also extensive.
Here you can cycle, fish, go for walks, and there are many activities for children, such as horse riding, swimming and playgrounds. Natrudstilen has Kafè, a mountain bike trail for both adults and children, a pump track, frisbee golf, a swimming area by the Eftastern, which maintains a good temperature in the summer because it is artificially made and is shallow. Suitable bicycles can be rented at the ski center if you do not have your own.

The cabin offers all modern facilities and maintains an exceptionally high standard.
Downstairs there is a living room / kitchen with a wood-burning stove and comfortable armchairs. Dining room with room for 6. A large, nice bathroom with shower and sauna, + an additional toilet room.
Upstairs there is a TV room which is perfect for those who want to retire. Three bedrooms: bedroom 1: 180 cm double bed, bedroom 2: 160 cm double bed, bedroom 3: 2 single beds 90 cm wide.


Bed linen/towels/kitchen towels are not included in the price. Bring your own or rent one for NOK 200 per set. NB! Order bed linen and towels well in advance of your arrival. Final cleaning is included in the total price, but prepare the cabin according to other instructions.

PS! When you book an Easter holiday, the rule is that you can book from Friday to Wednesday or from Wednesday to Monday or the entire period.
