This lovely house with two apartments that are perfect if you are two families or a family with grandparents and want to enjoy a holiday together. There is room for both cozy conversation and if you want to be a little bit for yourself.

The house is newly built and is high on a mountain plateau with a wonderful view of Ellös harbor and center. You also see the island of Gullholmen, Skaftö and outside Ellösfjorden, in Skagerrak there are often large boats anchored, illuminating the sea in the evening.

Welcome inside!
The entrance and the hall on the lower level are shared as well as the laundry. Here is also the stairs up to the apartment (no.2) upstairs. The bathroom belonging to the apartment 1 is also here in the hallway, between the hall and the apartment 1, there is a door to close.

Apartment no.1, first floor, 2 beds:
Welcome to a large room, where the kitchen and living room are combined with a wonderful view in all windows.

The kitchen has all the comforts and plenty of space to prepare good barbecue evenings. The dining area can be reorganized and, if necessary, fit 8- 10 people . In the glassware part there are seating to enjoy the view and from here. As well as access to the wonderful large terrace.

There is also a large bedroom with two 105 cm beds and with a wonderful view.
The bedroom has also space for an extra bed.
In the bedroom wardrobe there is an extra bed (so-called tourist bed) and a travel cot for smaller children.

The bathroom, with shower and toilet to the apartment on the first floor is in the common hall. It is possible to close a door between the hall and the apartment.

Apartment no.2, second floor, 4 + 4 beds:
Upstairs you enter directly into the living room. There is a smal kitchen and a sofa bed as well as a TV and a small round dining table for 4 people, with fantastic views.

Upstairs there are also two bedrooms. One bedroom has 2 single beds + a sofa bed for 2 and the second bedroom has 2 single beds.
The bathroom upstairs has a shower, sink and toilet.

NOTE
* The kitchen upstairs is not for cooking food.

Important information:
– You rent the whole house, it is not possible to rent just one of the apartments.
– The house is located in a quiet area, without transit traffic.
–. There are places with rocks and you should be with the children when they are staying outside the house.

In Ellös you can also find a grocery store, a bank, a fish & shellfish shop and other small shops. You can enjoy 2 beaches, a natural beach where even your dog may stay and one for all ages with beach, raft, diving board and jetties to fish for crabs from.

You can also book a boat tour with Mareblå & Havsguiderna. They offer fishing trips or tours that take you for a day full of beautiful scenery in our archipelago.

The Pilgrimage Trail on Orust is 80 km long and connects eight churches. Töllås sheep farm has a wonderful café, where you also can buy vegetables from the garden, meat and wool products. Tavlebods honey farm, where you can see how bees live and produce honey. Here you also find “gofika” – a Swedish word for coffee and delicious pastry, and different honey products for sale. A day trip to Gullholmen or Kärringön is a must, the ferries depart from Tuvesvik, which is approximately 7 km from Ellös. The two islands have no cars and are lovely to visit..
