Vera Relaxo Villa, a Countryside Escape

The villa is divided into two floors and covers 240sq interior area and 330-340 sq external area. The property provides five bedrooms and six bathrooms and can accommodate up to 10 guests. The Villa is a perfect holiday destination for couples, families with children or groups of friends and its a short distance to the nearest shops and just a short drive away from the beach and Rethymno town.
Layout
Ground Floor
Entering the villa on the ground floor, there is an open plan area combining the billiard room and the living room, the dining area and the kitchen area.
Floor-to-ceiling glass balcony doors offer nature and pool views and ample sunlight.
The property provides a billiard room located on the entrance of the Villa, a 65 Smart TV with a Play station 4 Pro console, Netflix and satellite digital TV .The brand new modern styled dining area provides seating for ten- twelve guests and is connected to the kitchen area.
The billiard room as a separated space provides a chess table, a portable sound bar system with an ax, a Bluetooth and a microphone technology. Leading to the main space the split-level living room features a large comfortable corner sofa.
The fully equipped kitchen connected to the dining room is situated on the ground level with its branded appliances, equipment, water filter and cookware for a self catered holiday. All rooms include an A/C system including all bedrooms.
Moreover on this floor there is access to a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine.
First floor
The first floor features five bedrooms and five bathrooms. Three of the bedrooms include a private balcony and two provide a shared terrace that offers a spectacular mountain view and provides you the luxury to relax in a heating Jacuzzi.


First bedroom
This room provides two single beds (0,85x 2.00) that can also turn into one (upon request) a 43 Smart Tv, an A/C, a spacious closet , a bathroom and a private balcony with a small lounge.
Second and third bedroom
These rooms provide a double sized bed (1,60 x 2,00), Ensuite bathrooms with shower, Air conditioning, 43" Smart TV with Netflix and Satellite TV, an A.C, open Closets and a separated area near to a terrace with a lounge for two people each .
Fourth bedroom and Fifth
These rooms provide a double sized bed (1,60 x 2,00), Bathrooms with shower, Air conditioning, 43" Smart TV with Netflix and Satellite TV, A/C, open Closets and a shared terrace with a lounge of two chairs, a table and the heating Jacuzzi.


Outdoor area
The exterior of Villa Vero Relaxo covers 330-340 sq and offers:


- A private Pool that features 8,2 lengths* 4,2 width and is 1,20 meters to 1,50 meters deep.
