Our home is located in a quiet residential area consisting of families with a friendly and safe feel to the area. There is plenty of space for free parking on the street. There is a playpark for children which can be seen from our home. Shops are within walking distance including a pub, takeaways, coffee shop and convenience store (groceries)

Our property is conveniently located just a 9 minute drive or 25 minutes via public transport to Glenrothes, 19 minutes drive to Kirkcaldy & 25 minutes to Grangemouth. Edinburgh City Centre can also be reached within 50 minutes to visit some of Edinburgh's most iconic sites such as Edinburgh Castle, Holyrood (Scottish Parliament) & the Royal Mile. Edinburgh Airport is only 40 minutes from our home.
Guests must be quiet between 19:00 and 11:00.
Smoking is not allowed.
Parties/events are not allowed.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag, or similar parties.
Loud excessive noise especially during quiet hours will result in a £250 charge and immediate removal from the premises

Guest must provide ID before staying with us
A card authorization hold will be taken on the guests card before the guests stay ends
