Lima River - S. Salvador House

Designed to accommodate up to 12 guests, Casa S. Salvador features six spacious suites, each with a private bathroom and individual air conditioning. Five of the suites are furnished with plush queen-size beds, while one offers two single beds — ideal for families, groups of friends, or multi-generational stays.

Accessibility is a priority: one of the suites has been fully adapted for guests with reduced mobility, featuring a private bathroom with support bars and barrier-free access throughout the shared living areas.

Inside, every space is bathed in natural light and thoughtfully appointed. The living room offers a cozy setting with a fireplace, perfect for cooler days. The fully equipped kitchen is ready for everything from casual meals to elegant dinners, and the house also includes a laundry area and two additional guest WCs for added convenience.

Outdoors, the property invites you to unwind and reconnect. The beautifully landscaped garden, complete with a cascading waterfall, creates a tranquil ambiance. The infinity-edge swimming pool is ideal for sunny afternoons, and the outdoor dining area with a built-in barbecue makes for unforgettable gatherings. Children will love the private playground, ensuring fun and relaxation for all ages.

Some outdoor areas may be shared with other guests unless the full property is reserved. For special occasions, an elegant event hall with a professional-grade kitchen is also available upon request.

With high-speed Wi-Fi, private parking, full accessibility, and a prime location near gourmet restaurants and stunning nature trails, Casa S. Salvador is more than just a place to stay — it’s a destination in itself.

Guests have access to the entire property, including the pool, garden, and all indoor facilities. The event hall with an industrial kitchen is available exclusively for special event reservations. To ensure availability, please request any service at least 72 hours in advance.

Important Note:
During your stay, regular garden and pool maintenance may take place. These interventions are important to ensure that all equipment remains clean, functional, and safe to use.
During the high season (May to October), the pool is regularly maintained to provide guests with an impeccable experience. In the low season (November to April), the pool may be closed, subject to confirmation with our team.
