Cette maison pittoresque est située dans un nouveau quartier calme dans la banlieue d'Oklahoma City à Edmond. Il est à moins d'un mile des magasins et restaurants les plus fréquentés de tout le métro, ainsi que du centre commercial le plus fréquenté. Great spot

This home fulfilled our needs for a family wedding. When traveling with adult sized children hotels are no longer acceptable for us. This home allowed everyone to have their own space for a very comparable price to hotels in the area. Thank you!

Cozy stay!

The house was nice, clean and in a quiet neighborhood. Well stocked on the essentials. Its a nice place to just sit and relax! The garage made a nice spot to set up a putting green even though the home is located by plenty of attractions. We definitely be staying there again.

Great home!

We were in OK for a wedding and this house was just perfect! It was 5 mins from the wedding, easy access in and out, and great restaurants around. The house was beautiful! Clean, amenities were perfect and the host was incredibly responsive while booking. Highly recommend this gem if you’re in Edmond!

Convenient location

The location was convenient but the house appeared very lived in currently. Sheets weren’t clean, and couch had food and hair on it. The house was good for what we needed but needs better cleaning before new renters come

Disappointed on several levels

We rented the house for family members visiting, house was clean and communication with host was good. Bathroom towels were bleach stained and looked very shabby, kitchen utensils were sparse and mismatched, very squeaky bathroom door, bar stools way to short for someone to sit and eat at. Would not recommend

Good House

The house was very clean when we got there. If you will be eating meals there you need to get some disposable silverware. There were only 2 forks and 2 spoons even though the house sleeps 7. It didn’t affect us though as we ate most meals out or had sandwiches. The sleeper sofa is really a futon but again, we didn’t need it. The location is great. The size of the backyard is also a plus if you have kids that you want to send outside to play. It is fenced and they have plenty of room to run. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

Very little effort put into place

I usually feel too bad to leave anything but a good review but hopefully it will give people the right expectations of this place. The price was great and I do feel the host would have been willing to accommodate if we had made specific requests. Maybe we had too high of expectations for the price. There wasn’t any one thing that was terrible but the overall effort put into the place was low. The garage code wasn’t working and it was the preferred entrance. The carpet, although new hadn’t been vacuumed in who knows how long. We had a crawling kid and they picked up toothpicks, paper, bits of food, safety pins, long black hairs, etc. The dishes in the dishwasher were dirty, there were no towels to be found (they were all clean but in the dryer still). We found the toilet paper and paper towels on the last day but there wasn’t any paper towels out and the only toilet paper was what was on the roll. The bathrooms had hair in them, we had bugs (ants and a few other kinds I didn’t recognize) as frequent company. There was a video camera in the main area which is fine to monitor your property, but people should be notified of it as it’s definitely a privacy issue. Overall it’s just beat up. Towel racks aren’t securely in the wall, the toilet lid in one bathroom isn’t on securely, lots of dings, dents, corners with cobwebs and dirt. There is still a bit of an odor that you’ll probably pick up on if you’re not a pet owner. Both families were also allergic to something in there (mold, dirt, pets) not sure. We will spend a little bit more next time and not feel gross about where we’re staying.

Good Space and Location, Needs Some Attention

Pros: - Location: Very close to shopping, dining.- really anything you need is only a 5-10 minute drive. In a safe/clean neighborhood with kids playground and small pond with ducks just down the street. - Space: Plenty of space in the home for a full family with a nice sized and clean, fenced-in backyard. 1 parking space in the garage, 2 in the driveway, and the side street gives room for plenty more. - Price: You are essentially paying the same amount for the entire 3 bedroom home as you would for a decent standard hotel room. - Host: Jonathon was always quick to respond with any questions or issues we had. Very friendly as well. Cons: - Smell: I read a previous review that said the cat smell was so bad they were unable to sleep in the master bedroom - the carpet has since been replaced, and it is no where near that bad, but there is still a faint cat smell in the home, especially when you first walk in the door and the master bedroom. We purchased refills and used the plug ins that were already there, and that mostly covered the smell. - Cleanliness: Overall, the home needed a good cleaning- the walls, baseboards, windows, bathtubs/showers, cabinets and carpets were all somewhat dirty (not filthy, but not clean), and there were a lot of marks/stains in the paint on the walls. There were plenty of cleaning supplies available in the home though, so I took advantage of that and cleaned up the day we checked-in, so our stay was fine after that. -Internet: The wi-fi was spotty in the evenings. My son tried to watch Netflix at night, and it wouldn't load, even when no one else was using any internet. No problems in the morning or afternoon, though. Furniture/Supplies: The furniture and supplies were bare bones. The beds reminded me of futon beds - there were real mattresses, but they were on a metal platform with a wood panel over the middle- not the worst, but not the most comfortable bedding. The towels were a mix match of some nice and some not-so-nice towels- there were wash clothes for hand towels, and the bath towels were all different colors, which means they can not be bleached, which for a rental, I think they should have to ensure cleanliness. I chose to go to Walmart and purchase a towel for myself, son and husband, but that was on my own accord. The kitchen needs some more pots/pans/utensils to be able to cook meals. Coffee Maker: There is no coffee pot or Keurig, only a Tassimo machine, but you can't purchase the pods readily.

Great location / roomy and clean

The checkin process was so easy and the location is great! Close to the highway and easily accessible to the shopping/restaurants that are close by. The house is a great size and the bedrooms are nice and roomy which was nice because photos can be deceiving. Having the Netflix on the tv was great and the kitchen had enough stuff provided to make a few small meals My only complaint is the mattresses and pillows are definitely a lower quality. I get not wanting to drop a hefty amount for a rental-but it’d be my one suggestion. We brought our own pillows to that definitely helped! All in all a great experience and would definitely book again.
