Puffin Cottage Holidays is pleased to present Blue Horizon in the picturesque village of Penally. This unique and contemporary one-bedroom luxury apartment is ideally nestled in an elevated and tranquil location, with spectacular panoramic sea and countryside views.
A short stroll into the village of Penally youâll find local pubs and restaurants including the exceptional Rhosyn Restaurant at Penally Abbey, with its 2 AA Rosettes. The award-winning South Beach is within easy reach from the apartment and is ideal for a relaxing walk into Tenby to explore an array of local quirky shops, pubs and restaurants serving tasty food and selection of ales. Or to simply soak up the atmosphere in this delightful town steeped with historic, colourful buildings. Penally rail station is nearby, where you can hop on a train to explore Pembrokeshire and visit some of the stunning surrounding towns and villages including the quaint market town of Narberth and popular seaside village of Saundersfoot. Thereâs also an hourly bus service that stops in the village, running between Tenby and Haverfordwest.
The property is accessed via a garden gate with steps down to a pathway leading to the patio area, boasting beautiful panoramic views over Penally and the sea. Enter the property via the bi-fold doors and step into the living room and kitchen area. Characterful and cosy, this open plan living space comprises a dining table with seating, large corner sofa, kitchen with island and further bi-fold doors that open out on to a terrace and balcony area, to enjoy more stunning views towards the sea and countryside. Off the main living area there is the large bedroom with a door opening out on to the terrace area where you can relax and watch the sun set, soaking up the tranquillity and landscape views this luxurious apartment has to offer. The bathroom is also just off the living area, slightly elevated using two steps. Wall mounted electric heaters are fitted throughout the property.
Kitchen
The modern finish kitchen has everything you need for your stay including an electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, utensils, air fryer, crockery and cutlery. And a Hotel Chocolat Velvetiser to treat yourself to a delicious hot chocolate! To maximise storage and add to the style of the property, there is an island with incorporated electric hob, extractor fan and a USB port.
Living room
The living room comprises a large corner sofa, perfectly positioned to sit and enjoy the stunning views, a large flat screen TV, dining table and chairs. There is a set of bi-fold doors at either end of the room, one leading to a patio area with table, chairs and sun loungers and the other leading to a terrace with table, chairs and an egg chair. This terrace can also be accessed via the bedroom. There is a small utility/cloakroom, ideal to store outdoor clothes and shoes.
Bedroom
Leading off from the kitchen and living area is the large bedroom with beautiful views through the large window and door out onto the terrace area with seating. Tastefully furnished with high quality wood furniture including a comfortable king-size bed, bedside drawers, large chest of drawers and wardrobe with ample storage space for your clothes and personal belongings. Flat screen TV. Hairdryer.
Bathroom
The stylish and elegant bathroom is also accessed off the main living area through stylish wooden âjigsawâ design doors and features a deep free-standing bath with shower, separate shower cubicle with rainfall shower and a foot shower, toilet, wash hand basin and heated towel rail. With whitewashed original stone walls and cosy alcove, this is an ideal retreat to relax and indulge. Youâll also find the washing machine in here, stored discreetly behind a closed door.
Parking is available for one car.

Terms and Conditions of Hire.
Bookings of all holiday accommodation whether made by telephone, e-mail, in person, in writing or over the internet are accepted by Puffin Cottage Holidays acting as the agent on behalf of the Owner. The contract to occupy the property is between you and the owner.
By making any booking with us, you confirm that you accept these terms and conditions and agree to comply with and be bound by them.
These booking terms and conditions include a number of defined terms as follows:
"Booking" means the legally binding reservation for use of the property, with a specified start and end date.
"Contract of Hire" The legally binding contract between the Hirer and the Owner
"Deposit" means a deposit of 20% of the total holiday accommodation cost (which includes any "extras" selected at the time of booking).
"Balance" means the balance of the Total Charges payable by you after payment of the Deposit as set out in paragraph 4.
"Website" means the booking website.
"Lead Hirer" means the person who has booked the accommodation.
"Guest" means you and each person staying in the property with you.
"Owner" means the owner of the Property you book which is the subject of the Contract of Hire. We do not own the properties on our website.
"Agent" means Puffin Cottage Holidays.
"Property" and "Properties" means the holiday property you book or enquire about through us.
"You" means the lead person making a booking through us.
When you make a booking through us you are confirming that you and every Hirer understands, agrees and accepts these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully as any breach may result in the Owner (or their representative) refusing to allow you and your guests to enter and stay at the property or requiring you and your guests to leave the property before the end of the holiday period without any compensation or refund.
1. Contract and Booking
We act as agents for the Owner. When you make a Booking through us the holiday let contract in respect of the Property is always between you and the Owner. As Agents we accept no responsibility for an injury or damage caused as a result of the Contract.
Bookings cannot be accepted from persons under 21 years of age.
The Lead Hirer must be one of the Guests staying at the property and shall not part with possession of the property or share it, except with other Guests named on the booking form.
The Properties are not intended to be reserved for the purposes of parties and group bookings, including for stag, hen dos and birthdays, may not be allowed unless explicitly agreed with the Owner. In these circumstances the Owner may impose special requirements (including the possible requirement for, but not limited to, an extra damage deposit payment)
No Bookings are confirmed until the Deposit (or Balance and Deposit if the holiday is less than 8 weeks away) is received and written confirmation of its receipt has been sent.
Once a booking is confirmed it cannot be changed by you, unless agreed by the Owner, or by us on the Owner's behalf. If we or the Owner agree to make requested changes to your booking (for example, amending the date or Hirer) you will be required to pay ÂŁ25 amendment fee per change.
2. Booking Fees
A booking fee of ÂŁ24.00 is payable when making a booking. This is included in the displayed price of the holiday.
3. Deposits and Balance Payments
Bookings made within 8 weeks of your holiday date must be paid for in full at the time of booking. For a booking made more than 8 weeks before your holiday a deposit of 20% of the total due will be paid when booking to secure the booking. The balance will be paid 8 weeks prior to your holiday. If you make a booking within 8 weeks of the start of the holiday you will be required to pay for the holiday in full at the time of booking to secure the booking. In the event that the balance payment is not received by the required date, Puffin Cottage Holidays reserves the right (on behalf of the Owner) to cancel the booking and will be under no obligation to refund any deposits previously paid.
The booking fee and Deposit are non-refundable unless we are unable to accept the booking on behalf of the Owner, or the Property is unavailable at the time of the holiday
4. Damage Deposits
Some properties may require damage deposits for all bookings made. If this is required, it will be recorded in the Property Description. Any damage deposit will be due along with the final balance payment, 8 weeks prior to your holiday, or, where the booking is made within 8 weeks of your holiday, the damage deposit must be paid in full at the time of booking. The damage deposit may be held by Puffin Cottage Holidays on behalf of the Owner. Whilst we will use our reasonable endeavours to liaise between the Owner and the lead Hirer, any disputed claims must be settled between the Owner and the lead Hirer and Puffin Cottage Holidays are not liable for any disputed claims.
5. Availability
The Contract of Hire is made on the understanding that the property and its facilities as published will be available for the dates stated. In the unlikely event that the property is not available through events outside the Owners control the lead Hirer will be notified as soon as possible. The l
