You can store your bicycles, surf gear and the like in your own lockable storage space in the basement of the complex. So this is the ideal base for all water sports enthusiasts. Each basement has its own charger for bikes. Four charging stations are available in the parking area.

Appartement Aloha is located on the ground floor and suitable for for people. In the living room, you will enjoy the available air conditioning on hot days and in the winter season the flat is heated by central heating. A cosy dining area, an open kitchen, two nice bedrooms, a luxurious bathroom and a separate toilet are also part of your holiday accommodation. When you step outside through the French doors, you walk onto the tram station platform. In the summer months, an authentic steam locomotive passes here.
