The Space:
Step onto the ground floor into a small porch perfect for storing buckets, spades, and sandy shoes. The warm, inviting atmosphere makes you feel right at home.

The spacious ground floor lounge spans the width of the building, providing ample seating, a smart TV, DAB radio with Bluetooth, a PlayStation, and panoramic horizon views.

Also on the ground floor, the fully equipped kitchen features modern amenities like a Rangemaster-style gas cooker, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and wine fridge. The dining area seats ten and offers stunning sea views, perfect for family dinners. A highchair is available upon request.

The first floor features a king-size bedroom with stunning sea views. On the second floor, you'll find another king-size room and a bunk bedroom, both offering captivating views. Additionally, there's a third king bedroom and a twin room that can be converted into a Super King upon request.

A luxurious family bathroom on the second floor includes a roll-top bath, rainfall shower, handheld shower, WC, and bidet. The lower ground floor has a shower room with a rainfall shower, a separate toilet, and an additional WC.

The lower ground floor opens to a sunroom and patio garden, providing a peaceful space to relax. Access to the private parking area at the back is available through the gate at the upper garden.

Lowestoft is the most easterly town in the UK and boasts beautiful beaches, historical sites, and a charming, laid-back coastal atmosphere. Visitors staying at or near this address will find plenty of attractions and amenities within walking distance or a short drive.

Lowestoft itself is known for its sandy beaches, Victorian promenades, and proximity to both Suffolk's and Norfolk’s attractions, including the nearby Broads National Park.

Pakefield Beach is just a short walk from Wellington House and offers a beautiful, quieter beach experience. It’s less commercialized than the main Lowestoft beach, making it a great spot for relaxing, sunbathing, or taking a stroll along the coastline.
The beach has a mix of sand and shingle, backed by grassy cliffs, and it’s perfect for dog walkers, as this part of the beach is dog-friendly year-round.

The cliff area around Pakefield offers some fantastic coastal walks, with panoramic views of the sea and surrounding countryside. You can walk along the cliffs or down to the beach to enjoy the fresh air and open space.

Oulton Broad, part of the Broads National Park, is a short drive (about 10-15 minutes) from Lowestoft. Oulton Broad is a great place for boating, watersports, or simply enjoying a riverside walk. The Nicholas Everitt Park in Oulton Broad is ideal for picnics and leisurely strolls.

Buses run regularly between Pakefield, Lowestoft town center, and other nearby areas and Lowestoft Train Station is about 1.5 miles from Pakefield and offers services to Norwich, where you can connect to other parts of the UK, including London.
