Be welcomed to this beautiful cottage, a Grade II listed building sat in the owners grounds with its own private hot tub. Ground Floor:

Bedroom: Kingsize (5ft) Bed, Sofa Bed (Double) (Flexible Sleeping Only) Ensuite: Bath With Shower Over, Heated Towel Rail, Toilet. Electric central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate. Welcome pack. External boot room: With washing machine. Enclosed front garden with sitting-out area, garden furniture and barbeque. Hot tub for 6 (private). Private parking for 1 car. No smoking. Please note: There is an unfenced river in the grounds.. Nestled in the idyllic countryside of Cellan, Dyffryn @ Glanffrwd Mill is a delightful holiday retreat for two, designed with romance and relaxation in mind. Upstairs, the kingsize bedroom exudes character with its exposed beams and offers an en-suite bathroom featuring a bath with a shower over and a heated towel rail for extra comfort. Outside, the property boasts a spacious patio and a grassy area ideal for four-legged friends. Guests also have access to the ownersâ beautifully maintained grounds, including a large field, summer house, and private hot tub beside the tranquil river. Dyffryn @ Glanffrwd Mill is perfectly located for exploring the stunning landscapes of West Wales. Take a short drive to Lampeter, where youâll find quaint shops, cafĂ©s, and a touch of local history. For nature lovers, Cors Caron Nature Reserve offers serene walking trails across boglands, ideal for birdwatching. Venture further afield to Aberaeron, a picturesque harbour town with colourful Georgian houses and fantastic seafood restaurants and stroll around the harbour whilst taking in the sights. Alternatively, head to Llanerchaeron, a National Trust property offering insights into Welsh gentry life and stunning walled gardens. For active days, enjoy the Ceredigion Coast Path with over 60 miles of walks, providing breathtaking coastal views, or explore Devilâs Bridge Falls, where waterfalls and woodland walks await.
