This is a perfect getaway in the Cretan countryside. Nestled in the serene surroundings of Mariou, Serenity Villa provides the ideal escape for those looking to relax in a private retreat while still being within reach of the vibrant beach towns. The villa, with a spacious 77 sqm layout, is designed to accommodate up to four guests, offering both comfort and elegance.
Step into the villa's open-plan living area, where you'll find a cozy and inviting lounge with comfortable seating, a built-in fireplace, and a 43-inch smart HDTV with satellite channels for your entertainment. The living room seamlessly connects to the dining area and fully equipped kitchen, perfect for enjoying home-cooked meals. With amenities including a Nespresso espresso machine, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and blender, cooking becomes a pleasure.
Serenity Villa features two elegant double bedrooms, each with king-sized beds, en-suite bathrooms, and access to a communal balcony where you can enjoy the view. Both rooms come with air-conditioning and ceiling fans for your comfort. One of the bedrooms has a separate entrance, a fridge and a small desk. The bathrooms are well-appointed with modern amenities such as hairdryers, toiletries, and towels. For added convenience, there is an extra WC near the living room with a washing machine.
Step outside into the villa’s lush garden, where you can enjoy a relaxing afternoon by your private, heated outdoor pool — unless you’d rather cook a delicious meal on the built-in BBQ. -Linen change and cleaning service 1 per week, towels change every 3-4 days.
-Not suitable for people with limited mobility (a lot of stairs), infants and kids at the ages 0-12 year old (stairs and some rails without protection).

Starting from January 1st, 2025 there is an "environmental tax/fee" that the guests will have to pay for each day of their stay in our country according to the following schedule:
- From April to October, the rate of 8 Euros per day should be paid in cash on arrival.
- From November to March the amount of 2 Euro per day should be paid in cash on arrival.

Hello there,
I am Manos, owner, and manager of CreteVillas4U. I have been in the hospitality sector long before CreteVillas4U, however. I was born, grew up, and spent most of my life in a hotel owned by my family. So, I guess it came as no surprise when I expressed my wish to study at Rhodes’ Tourism School and, later on, decided to start my own business in the sector.
I learned growing up in a family-run hotel that hospitality is more than hotel management, logistics, and operations. It is a culture, passed down from one generation to the next. You can study to be a hotel manager but you cannot study to be hospitable.
I apply this philosophy in my business as well. The rule is simple: the guests of the villas I manage are my guests. As an active traveler, I expect nothing less myself.
The fourth generation of Dafermos hoteliers has already been born. I know now that my two beautiful children will probably follow my steps, like I did before them. There is a small difference though: they are smarter, more educated, better (big smile).
