Located in the Heart of Swansea Marina. This Picturesque and Nautical space is perfect for all looking for a comfortable and convenient stay be that Families, Couples or Small groups we have you covered. The apartment features a spacious Living/Dining area where you can enjoy a sit down meal at the table or alternatively enjoy a glass of wine on the sofa watching the Sunset by the Marina. All three Bedrooms are bright and spacious with a large amount of storage for all your belongings. There is a large Ensuite walk in Shower with all the amenities.
When visiting this property you will be provided with Fresh Linen, Towel and all essential toiletries to use within the property.
If you are travelling on business this property offers superfast broadband and a range of spaces to suit all your working needs.
You will be able to use all parts of the apartment.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (4 PM).
Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
