Serenity Maisonette in the heart of Chania is our newest office location, situated in the heart of Chania's City Center.
Its prime position is right by the Venetian Port, just a short distance from both the Old Town and the Venetian Harbour. With major attractions only minutes away, Splatzia serves as the perfect starting point for exploring the picturesque Chania Town and its surroundings.
Serenity Maisonette in the heart of Chania is situated on the ground level and can host up to 6 guests. As you get into the maisonette there is the living room with a Smart TV, air - condition and a sofa which we can make it as a single bed. Next to the living room there is a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen area with a refrigerator, a kitchen, an electric kettle, microwave , a toaster , a filter coffee machine, a juicer maker and a washing machine. A full bathroom with a shower is available on the ground floor.
Upstairs, you'll discover the three bedrooms, each offering comfort and convenience. Each bedroom is equipped with its own air conditioning unit and plentiful wardrobe space to add all of your belongings. There are 2 bedrooms with double beds and a balcony and 1 bedroom with a single bed. On the same floor there is one full bathroom with a shower.
On the front balcony there is an outdoor sitting area to enjoy your meals under the Greek sun. The accommodation provides free linen, towels, free Wi-Fi access, free parking on the street (upon availability), a clothes rack, a hairdryer and iron.

At the square, you'll find towering plane trees and a catacomb. During Ottoman rule, an octagonal Arabian kiosk stood under the plane tree, reserved for the aristocrats of the Turkish state. Today, a monument commemorates Greek Christians who were martyred during the Greek Revolution. Excavations revealed a large tank in the catacomb, which was once used as an underground fountain during the Venetian and Ottoman periods, serving as a ritual space. Nowadays, the square is surrounded by charming cafes and taverns, while the majestic plane tree provides ample shade and coolness during the summer months.
